Eckhart Tolle talks about disassociating yourself with your ego, awakening your conscious mind and affectively bringing yourself into the now. Caring about how you look in the eyes of others obviously comes from a place of ego, and intensified as a result of social conditioning. Is it possible to reach a point where we are fully conscious, yet still care about our appearance without it coming from a place of ego? Perhaps more simply put, does self pride (relating to appearance) really come from a place of ego? And once fully conscious will I really stop caring about what colour lipstick I'm going to match to my new dress? - Mia

In my last reading with you, you described the house that S. and I will buy and live in. Last month we found the perfect house and bid at auction. It went way over the price and was really disheartening – I truly believed we would get this house! Do you think your description was of this house although we didn’t end up getting it? “There will be many more such houses. This house was emblematic – a symbol of abundance in the universe. The river never runs dry. You were not ready for this house because S. was not yet ready for the responsibility and what it would entail. When you have a house it will hasten your marriage, and babies will come soon after, and S. is still holding this at arm’s length for the time being. There is still the perfect stone house with a nice green garden waiting for you and it will appear when the time is absolutely divinely right for both you and S. – but particularly for S. and your families. This may only be a handful of months away.

Your lesson in this has been to trust in outcomes. When I was a teenager I was followed around by a creepy Freddy Kruger-style ghost for about 18 months. I kept waking to see him staring at me in my room or in doorways. The worst time was when he turned into smoke and flew down my throat and tried to suffocate me. What was that all about? - Tammy

“You invited him in… You were looking for an experience that gave you a heart-pounding excitement in what was a very tortured, intense, volatile teenage time, against the backdrop of torrid domestic conditions. Freddy was someone who sought you out, and thus made you feel special. All his attention was poured into you and for you only. You were the only person who saw or experienced him. It was an exclusive arrangement between the two of you which no one else could enter into. You needed to be watched. You needed someone or something to take a great amount of interest and care in your doings, comings and goings. You were working so hard during the day and giving so much of yourself emotionally to many others, and there was no one person who was giving their attention back to you or acknowledging you for your hard work.

Freddy served a purpose in this way. He was not a real human being, but he appeared as a solid 3D apparition of a man – a man who had nothing but all the time and interest in the world for you. A part or figment of your brain welcomed him gladly, for he was the one constant in a time of chaos and uncertainty and upset emotions. You needed him to appear in a frightening guise, for you needed to feel the adrenalin pumping through your heart and veins; the sense of being truly alive, like something was ‘really’ happening, and was real and true. If a sweet, soft, kind, loving lady angel had come and sat by your bed, you wouldn’t have paid as much attention or notice, and would not have received nearly the same effect. You were strong enough to handle his frightening demeanour.

You were subconsciously calling for the challenge, and you knew exactly how to handle him. He departed when you grew up a bit and no longer had reliance on him or your game. Boys and love interests were moving into your life, and once a real human boy began paying you emotional and romantic attention, you no longer needed the attention of your spiritual companion. [As for the smoke,] you invited him in at a time when circumstances were reaching a peak in your household. You was desperate for attention from your mother and needed to take the exercise to the next level.”

[Rebecca: Please note: Police have already examined hundreds of reports from psychics and clairvoyants claiming to know the location of Madeleine. Obviously this is a highly sensitive topic and all I can say about the words below is that I channelled them from a meditative brain state. However, it is my gut feeling that Maddy is in an isolated area of Morocco with some sort of 'family', and it is not her destiny to be found. I also don't believe she was taken from her bedroom, as speculated; I think she wandered outside near the pool area.] 

"Madeleine has a beautiful angel energy about her. She is looking down on all of us with a very wise, all-knowing, loving smile. Madeleine's higher self is a great and wise angel, a very clued-in, all-knowing being, who very deliberately and purposefully chose to play this role on earth from a higher perspective. These events have taken place to bring Madeleine's mother a very powerful lesson. Her father is merely playing a supporting role in helping his wife comprehend this momentous karmic event.

The child that Madeleine was has changed. She is still alive with the same body but the personality that inhabits that body has drastically altered. Madeleine is part of a larger web that they have organised. These men are very clever and extremely well-connected with the top-level underworld. They may also have connections with corrupt police in Spain or Italy.

She was abducted by a man either beside a hotel pool or they walked past a hotel pool on their way out. He's holding her hand. Madeline was taken simply because the opportunity was there; she was not stalked beforehand. A man found a child in a moment alone and siezed the opportunity. He walked briskly off the hotel premises wearing sunglasses and blended in without question. He walked to a shiny sportscar parked on the street, lifted Madeline inside and took off.

He began formulating a plan in his head as he drove. Madeleine was crying. He ignored her. It happened to quickly, Madeleine was slightly confused as to what was going on. His persona was so businesslike, self-assured and professional, part of her felt that perhaps he was a friend of her parents and that this was a legitimate occurence. He was planning to use Madeleine because one of the men in his circle needed a child for a specific reason - something to do with a connection down south in Spain with a woman and a situation where a child was needed.

Madeleine's kidnapper is embroiled in many mafia-style connections, favours and IOUs, and Madeleine fell victim to part of this tangled web. She is alive but a shadow of her former self. She seems a lot older already. I do not feel that she is being phsyically harmed by her captors but she is a being denied a wholesome, light-filled childhood. I get the word 'catatonic' - she has partly closed down her personality through numbness. She has completely assumed another person's identity, down in the south-western corner of Spain.. Morocco.

Because these events occurred when she was so young, as she grows older, she may have blurry memories of her 'first' parents but she will forget all of the identifying details (such as her personal ID and that of her parents') that would enable her to testify in a court of law. She has been well and truly hidden in the system and is an invisible number in the masses of the popultion in an isolated region."
